This course follows a skills-based approach where speaking, listening, reading and writing are fully integrated with spoken production the main objective for most students. Classes are very much international and multicultural which allows students to use English naturally. Because their context is Ireland, students learn the grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation of English while exploring the culture of contemporary Ireland. Students taking this course are able to take advantage of the daily opportunities offered by the Viva Social Club whether that be, academic tutorials, cultural activities, sports or educational trips.
