Courses - Level 3

When you have completed this level, you can deal with most situations in shops, restaurants, and hotels. For example, you can ask for a refund for for faulty goods to be replaced and you can express dissatisfaction in an appropriate way.

You can discuss past and future projects and you can make travel arrangements over the phone. In social conversation, you can talk about a range of topics and express opinions to a limited extent. You can write a wider range of texts, but these may need to be checked by a native speaker.
