When you have completed this level, you are able to adapt your language use to a variety of social situations and you can express opinions and take part in discussions in a culturally acceptable way.

You can read various types of texts without relying too heavily on the use of a dictionary.  You can demonstrate knowledge of a wide range of vocabulary and you show the ability to develop an argument as well as describe or narrate events in written work.
