TOEFL

This is an American-based exam.  It tests listening, reading, structure and written expression.  There is no oral interview.  The exam does not have a pass or fail mark.  The mark you receive tells you your level of English.  A TOEFL score is set as a requirement for entry to university courses in the USA and some other English-speaking countries.  Click here for further details.
